At Shizuka Collective, we strive for mindful consumption and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your garment isn't the perfect fit, we accept returns on unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Carefully fold the garments and place them in their original sustainable packaging, ensuring all designer tags remain attached.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our studio, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
